Insurance
Orthodontic insurance is a premium benefit for employees. Most plans pay from 1000 to 1500 towards treatment costs. In most cases, we will accept this payment directly from your carrier (it comes to us from your company either quarterly or monthly). Your responsibility is the total fee less the insurance benefit. Please note that insurance plans and benefits change constantly. The patient (guardian) is fully responsible for any fee not covered by insurance.
Flex Plans
Many employers offer health care flex plans to their employees. Pre-tax income can be placed into a medical account that can be used to help pay for orthodontic expenses. There are time and financial limits on these plans. Please consult your benefits department for specific details.
Payment Plans
You may pay in full with a credit card and receive a discount or make a down payment and monthly installments. Our financing is really easy because we will work within your budget to create a plan that makes sense for you and your family.
