When he isn’t helping patients, Dr. Facciolo is likely making memories with his family. He loves taking trips and exploring new places with his wife, Ashley, and their two children, Roma and Antonio. Whether he’s playing soccer, exercising, or planning a new adventure, he brings that same positive energy and sense of fun back to our practice. Dr. Facciolo’s goal is to build lifelong friendships with his patients, ensuring everyone who walks through our doors feels like they’re in good hands.
Dr. Facciolo is proud to be from Wilmington. He grew up right here as one of four brothers who all chose to serve our state as healthcare providers. After graduating from Salesianum School, he stayed local to earn his degree from the University of Delaware. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University, where he graduated with the highest honors. To make sure he could provide the most advanced technology and care for his patients, he completed a residency at Christiana Care Hospital, gaining deep experience in emergency medicine. He then spent time in Boston for his specialty training, earning his certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and a Master’s Degree in Oral Biology from Boston University. Even today, he stays current on all the latest techniques so that your journey to a healthy smile is as simple and worry-free as possible.

The practice is always clean, the staff is friendly and professional, the doctor is the best. Dr. Penna will not allow you to leave if you are unhappy with your results. He will always do his best to make and keep his patients happy. This is a great practice and I highly recommend it to anyone who need an orthodontist.

This office is affordable, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! After searching and searching for the right orthodontic home for my two sons, I’m so grateful we found this amazing team.The staff is always welcoming, professional, and truly cares about their patients. Recently, my son broke a bracket doing something he definitely wasn’t supposed to do, and the office worked around his state testing schedule to get him in quickly. Their flexibility and responsiveness meant so much to us.I can’t say enough good things about this office—great care, great people, and a wonderful experience all around. Highly recommend GNO!
All around a great experience! We had been told at another local ortho that there was nothing we could do for my son at his age so I just wanted a second opinion. We went in and they explained everything and said they could absolutely do something to help us if we wanted it done. Then after we said we wanted to move forward they immediately put him in the chair and put his braces on!! We were in and out with braces in under 90 mins! Absolutely awesome!!!!
